1. Agreement
By creating a ZekiSales account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
ZekiSales provides a cloud-based Point of Sale and business management platform. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform during your active subscription period, subject to these terms.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not remove core functionality without at least 60 days advance notice.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share login credentials between users — each person should have their own account under your subscription. You are liable for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate business information during registration. Accounts found to be fraudulent or using false information will be terminated immediately.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance in LKR. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Sri Lankan consumer law. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not apply to active annual subscriptions until renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use ZekiSales for illegal purposes or in violation of Sri Lankan law; (b) attempt to access other customers' data; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the platform; (d) upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all business data you input into ZekiSales. We process it only as necessary to provide the service. You may export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Uptime & Support
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance during off-peak hours. Support is provided in Sinhala, Tamil, and English during published business hours.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZekiTech (Private) Limited's total liability for any claim arising from use of ZekiSales is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-business damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Western Province, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
