Thermal printers
58mm and 80mm ESC/POS printers over USB or LAN — Epson TM-series and equivalents used in Sri Lankan shops.
Scanners & cash drawers
Standard barcode scanners and cash drawers at the till. Optional touch POS terminals from the Shop.
Windows PC or POS machine
Runs in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. No special POS machine required — a normal computer works.
Phones & tablets
Owner dashboards and cloud access on mobile. Counter work is built for touch as well as keyboard.
SMS gateway
Digital receipts, repair updates, and campaigns through the built-in local SMS gateway.
Pexy-AI keys
Bring your own OpenAI or Google key in POS settings. Website Pexy only answers product questions.
Cloud backups
Daily backups, real-time sync across branches, 99.9% uptime SLA.
What hardware does ZekiSales integrate with?
Any modern browser plus common ESC/POS thermal printers, barcode scanners, and cash drawers. Touch POS terminals are optional. Hardware is listed in the Shop.
Does ZekiSales integrate with SMS?
Yes. SMS billing and notifications use the built-in local SMS gateway.
Do I need an AI API key?
Pexy-AI inside the POS uses a key you add in Settings (OpenAI or Google). You can run billing without AI until you enable it.
